With the success of Team GB’s girls at the Olympics and the growing number of women realising that cycling is a great way to burn some calories, tone the body and get out and have some “me” time female cycling is growing fast!
At the NCA, we would love to hear from you if you like the idea of riding in an all female group. We are keen to create female only sessions at our Sunday events and our weekly Friday night indoor training sessions (think spin-class but on real bikes and much more challenging and rewarding!) so let us know what you think!
