Awesome! over 90 riders again. That is amazing – well done and thank you Norfolk.
We held separate coaching session for novices (10.30am), experienced (9am) and female-only (noon) riders and mixed skills, technique and riding elements. The younger ones got another fun and games session with 26 riders tackling the amazing NCA limbo challenge after working on bike handling, balance and control – including a couple of mums and dads (respect!).
The club bikes were again boosted the the GYCC fleet and all 28 bikes were in hot demand during the morning with lots of you trying the Dawes, Raleigh and Giant road bikes.
It was our first coaching session at the NCA today. We are getting to know many of you and understand your current level and listen to your cycling ambitions and goals which is really important to us so we can help you develop and get the most from our sessions.
We would love your feedback on how we did today, what we could be better or how we can make the morning even better, slicker and challenging. Please drop us a line at info@activatingCIC.co.uk
If you have any photo’s from today we would love to publish them – please email them to the above address. You can view the NCA picture gallery by clicking on the “NCA Gallery” button at www.activatingcic.co.uk
Thanks,
Neil, Kev and Russell

Wow! Just over 100 new riders came and experienced the thrill of the Norfolk Cycling Academy at today’s “Come and Try” session. It was our launch session and the informal morning allowed new riders to meet the team and ride the circuits we will be coaching and racing on over coming months.
Lots of smiles, grins and happy faces tell us that you enjoyed it too. Our fleet of 20 road bikes(boosted by the loan of the GYCC bikes) were constantly in use and the weather planned it’s part too.
Neil, Kev and Russell would love to say a big THANK YOU to all our helpers for making today such a success.
